PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 469 <br />RESOLVED: <br />On request of the applicant and upon opinion of the City <br />Attorney, the permission to withdraw the applications of <br />M. E. Stanley, 648 Bonita Ave., for a Conditional Use Permit, <br />and Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural and Land- <br />scape Approval, in order to construct an automobile Service <br />station on a parcel of property located immediately north <br />of the intersection of Main and First Streets, in a C -C <br />District, is granted. <br />Upon consideration by the Planning Commission of the parti- <br />cular land uses proposed by both applications, the staff <br />report of June 23, 1965, concerning the Zoning Permit, and <br />the staff report of July 28, 1965, concerning the Conditional <br />Use Permit, are hereby approved. <br />As additional consideration, the Planning Commission points <br />to the zoning and land use set forth for Mission Park for <br />service stations, in respect to how close together they <br />may be placed. <br />Dated: October 13, 1965 <br />ATTEST: <br />//' 1 <br />James M. ale =, r., se••- ary <br />Philip l).
