PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NQ. 456 <br />The application of Kinney E. Griffin, 4510 Williams St., Fremont, <br />for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural and Landscape <br />Approval in order to construct 14 multiple dwelling unite at <br />4795 Harrison St., in an RG -15 District, is hereby approved, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A more precise grading and drainage plan must be submitted <br />with the site plan for review and approval by the City <br />Engineer prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />2. All off - street parking areas and access aisles must be <br />paved to City standards with a minimum of lh inches of <br />asphalt concrete and 5 inches of aggregate base. <br />3. The existing planter strip adjacent to the curb must be <br />filled with concrete to City standards, leaving a minimum <br />of five planter pockets with trees planted as indicated on <br />the approved site plan. <br />4.
