PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION N0. 452 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Kinney E. Griffin, 4510 Williams St., <br />Fremont, for a Variance from Section 8.500, Ord. No. 309, <br />to permit a reduced front -yard setback, and to permit construction <br />of a carport with the rear -yard setback, in connection with the <br />construction of 14 multiple dwelling units at 4795 Harrison St., <br />in an RG -15 District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named Variance is hereby granted. <br />Dated: September 8, 1965 <br />T: <br />James M.
