RESOLVED: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 441 <br />The City blanning Commission, after the required public <br />hearing, hereby recommends that the application of Ted <br />Euhlkin,.20928 Redwood: Road, Castro Valley, for a Condi <br />tional Use Permit in order to operate an existing mobile <br />home park as a conforming use, located at 777, 779 and <br />785 Rose Ave., in an RG -15 District, be approved subject <br />to an Agreement with the City with the following conditions: <br />1. Street improvements as required by the City Engineer shall <br />be installed within a period of two years, or by July 28, <br />1967. <br />2. All required electrical service and wiring shall be placed <br />entirely underground within a period of two years, or by <br />July 28, 1967. <br />3. Certain existing dwellings indicated on the approved plan <br />in the office of the City Engineer shall be completly re- <br />moved within a period of two years, or by July 28, 1967. <br />4. An agreement between the City of Pleasanton and the present <br />owner guaranteeing the three conditions listed above, shall <br />be executed in a form as prepared by the City Attorney, <br />prior to the issuance of any building permits for the sub- <br />ject property. <br />5. The Conditional Use Permit is granted for a period of five <br />years from the date of issuance. <br />Dated: July 28, 1965 <br />ATTEST: <br />James M.
