RESOLVED: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 436 <br />Upon referral by the City Council of an Appeal by Essenar <br />Investments of Auburn, 155 Montgomery St., San Francisco, <br />from an adverse decision of the Planning Commission denying <br />an application for an amendment to Ord, No. 309 rezoning <br />approximately eight acres located at the southwest corner <br />of Valley Ave. and Santa Rita Road, from the A District to <br />the C -N District, the Planning Commission, after further <br />review, reports and discussion, hereby recommends to the <br />City Council rezoning of the above -named parcel from the <br />A District to the C -N District, with the provision that it <br />be developed under the Planned Unit Development sections of <br />Ordnance No. 309. <br />Dated: June 23, 1965 <br />
