PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 429 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Wm. F. Webb, Route 1, Box 404, Pleasanton, <br />for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural and Land- <br />scape Approval in order to construct a car -wash facility on Lot 10, <br />vervain Ave., in a C -T District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named Zoning Permit is hereby approved subject <br />to the identical conditions as outlined in Planning Commission <br />Resolution No. 428. <br />Dated: May 26, 1965 <br />Al -S1: <br />James M.
