No. 309, in order to locate a Community Television Antenna upon a <br />if property located west of Foothill Road and south of Bernal <br />Avenue, in an A District, 'gar come before this Com`n;.s ion; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted <br />subject to the following conditions. <br />1. Applicant must maintain and increase tree cover as necessary <br />to prevent as nearly as possib'e any change in the present <br />view characteristics of the area both from the valley floor <br />and from the adjacent ridge area. <br />2.
