PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 423 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Humble Oil and Refining Co., 1330 Broadway, <br />Oakland, for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural and <br />Landscaping Approval in order to construct an automobile service station <br />at 349 Main St., in a C -C District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above- described Zoning Permit application is <br />hereby denied, due to the undesirable architectural and <br />latisraping concepts included within said application. <br />Dated: May 26, 1965 <br />ATTEST: <br />times M. ale , Jr. ,secretary <br />Philip .
