PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 420 <br />RESOLVED: <br />1. The City Planning Commission hereby approves the follow}! <br />school site locations as being in conformity with the glity <br />of Pleasanton General Plan: <br />a. Vintage Hills Elementary School Site No. 1, Tract <br />No. 2629 <br />b. Black Avenue Elementary and Valley Avenue Junior High <br />Schools Site, Tract No. 2680 <br />c. Mission Park Elementary School Site <br />2. The City Planning Commission, in response to a communication <br />from the Alameda County Planning Commission, hereby approves <br />the following school site locations which are outside the <br />City Limits but within the Pleasanton Planning Area: <br />a. Upper Vintage Hills Junior High School site fronting <br />on Crellin Road <br />b. That portion of the Mission Park Elementary School <br />site which is not in the City Limits <br />3. The City Planning Commission, upon suggestion of the City <br />Minager, hereby recommends to the City Council that the <br />following policy b.=. adopted regarding payment of fees for <br />school sites: the School Dist.ct be required to pay any <br />necessary water or sanitary sewer connection fees, but be <br />exempted from piymenttf any required annexation fees. <br />Dated: April 28, 1965 <br />ATTEST: <br />10111(/� ■ <br />es M.
