PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 418 <br />WHEREAS, the application of John M. Stanley, 3850 Vineyard Ave., for a <br />Zoning Permit with Site Flan, Architectural and Landscape <br />Approval in order to construct a duplex at 4263 Pleasanton Ave., in an; <br />ROE -25 District, has coke before this Commission; _`:.,;i <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, th ?t the above -named Zoning Permit is hereby approved with the <br />following conditions attached thereto: <br />A l.andscap° end s:'te drainage plan mu„ b? submitted <br />to end approved by he Cty Erginear prior to issuance <br />of a building permit for the proposed da.xplex. <br />2. The lot line dividi.ng applicant's property be officially <br />ah.,l , ±cd pzior to issuance of a building permit for the <br />proposed duplex. <br />3. All required paving on the site must be constructed in' <br />accordance with City standards. <br />All e:;iat:: +.ng cuxb, gutter, sidewalks and driveways abutting <br />apnlieantks p-al perty in st b- :replaced in accordance with City <br />ctanc'^:cds, if these improvements do not now meet City standards. <br />• <br />5. A sign or plaque acceptable to the City Engineer must <br />be erected which indicates all street numbers of buildings: <br />to the rear of Pleasanton Avenue._ Said sign or plaque <br />must also receive approval of the Police Department. <br />The proposed parking space outlined in red pencil on the <br />ite plan must be eliminated, in order to facilitate u <br />f the entrance driveway. <br />7. The existing garage, which is indicated on the site p <br />to be moved, must meet the requirements of Ordinance No <br />309 and the Building Code or must be removed. <br />8.
