PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 302 <br />WHEREAS, the application of D & V Builders, Inc., 6000 Telegraph Ave., <br />Oakland, for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan and Architectural <br />Approval in order to construct the main entrance for Tract No. 2591, <br />Pleasanton Valley, at the intersection of Golden and Hopyard Roads, in <br />an R -1 District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The above -named Zoning Permit with Site Plan and Archi- <br />tectural Approval is hereby granted subject to the fol- <br />lowing conditions: <br />a. Revision in the design of the subject intersection <br />must be made to the satisfaction of the City Engineer <br />prior to issuance of a street encroachment permit <br />for said main entrance. <br />b. Said main entrance must be permanently maintained <br />in a satisfactory condition either by the developer <br />of Tract No. 2591 or by an association of home - owners <br />within said tract. <br />Dated: April 22, 1964 <br />Philip Landon, Chairman <br />ATTEST: <br />
