PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO, 304 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Devmsr, Inc., 268 Grand Avenue, Oakland, <br />for a Conditional Use Permit in order to install a temporary <br />tract sign on the east side of Santa Rita Road immediately north of <br />Tract No. 2595, in an R -1 District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The above -named Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />a. The subject sign shall be set back from Santa Rita <br />Road to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />b. The Conditional Use Permit is issued for a period <br />of five years. <br />c.
