PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO, 305 <br />WHEREAS, the application of R.A. Martin, 1091 Enderby Way, Sunnyvale, <br />for annexation of`a parcel containing approximately 20 acres; <br />located southeasterly of the intersection of Pleasanton -Sunol Road and <br />Sycamore Road, with a request for single- family zoning upon annexation, <br />has come before this Commission; <br />HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the City Planning Commission does hereby recommend that <br />the City Council take action as follows: <br />1. Proceed to cons$abmate proposed Annexation No. 35, which <br />includes the subject property. <br />2. Upon annexatiod, assign a maximum population density to <br />the area in question of 3.0 families per acre. <br />3.
