PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION N0. 307 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mr. Jay D. Lambert, 2357 Strobridge Ave., <br />Castro Valley, for an amendment to Zoning Permit No. Z63 -18, <br />issued December 11, 1963, in order to construct an additional four <br />multiple dwelling units at 399 West Angela Street, in an RG -15 District, <br />has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Zoning Permit So. 263 -18 as amended, is hereby granted <br />with the following conditions: <br />a. The present lot line between the existing six units <br />and the proposed four unite must be eliminated, thereby <br />creating one parcel of record. <br />b. Curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway and necessary tie -in <br />paving must be constructed along Rose Avenue. <br />c. A plan indicating the grading, drainage, driveway and <br />parking must be as submitted with the application for <br />a building permit. (Parking shown is not workable). <br />d. The existing tree at the north end of the property must <br />either be retained or replaced with a substitute tree <br />suitable to the City Street Tree Committee. <br />e. The architectural features of the proposed four units <br />must be the same as the existing six units. <br />f. It will be necessary to modify the existing building <br />in order to construct an addition, in accordance with <br />the requirements of the Building Code. <br />Dated: May 13, 1964 <br />ATTEST: <br />� 21� <br />a s: <br />ames M.
