PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 309 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Rainier Construction Co., 6000 Telegraph Ave., <br />Oakland, for a Conditional Use Permit in order to install two <br />office trailers for use during construction of Tract No. 2591 upon property <br />located immediately north of Black Ave. and 600 feet east of the intersection <br />of Black Ave. and Hopyard Road, in an A District, has come before this Com- <br />mission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The above -named Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Said permit shall be for a period of six months, as <br />required by Ordinance No, 309. <br />b. Access onto Black Avenue shall be controlled to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer to reduce possible <br />traffic hazards. <br />c.
