PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO 311 <br />W EREAS, the application of Don Cass, 8325 East 14th Street, Oakland, <br />for a Conditional Use Permit in order to erect a temporary <br />tract sign in connection with Tract No. 2217 upon a parcel of property <br />coned by Mr. Jack Meltester and located on Pinehill Lana in an 1 -1 <br />District, has come before this Coumiasion; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />a. The location of the sign must be changed so that it <br />is situated northwesterly of the City's McKinley Reservoir on <br />Bevilacqua property, and erected to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer. <br />b. The Conditional Use Permit is issued for a period of <br />two years. <br />c.
