PLANNING COIMfISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 314 <br />WHEREAS, the application of John M. Stanley, 3850 -J Vineyard Avenue, for <br />an amendment to Zoning Permit No. Z64 -10 to allow alternating <br />apartments and garages on two of four triplexes, and relocation of the <br />laundry room, in the construction of 12 multiple dwelling unite at <br />4275 Pleasanton Avenue, in an RG -25 District, has come before this Come <br />mission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS; <br />1. Zoning Permit No. Z64 -19, dated June 5, 1964, amending <br />Zoning Permit No. Z64 -10, is hereby granted, pursuant <br />to revised plot plan filed with amended application as <br />named above. <br />2.
