CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-374 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF CONFIRMATION OF THE COST ACCOUNTING REPORT <br /> FOR 1986 WEED ABATEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an itemized written report showing the cost of nuisance <br /> abatement on a lot by lot basis throughout the City of <br /> Pleasanton for those lots upon or in front of which <br /> weeds existed, and were not abated voluntarily by the <br /> owners thereof, was presented before the Council on <br /> their August 5, 1986 meeting. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The costs of the abatement are deemed by law to <br /> constitute a special assessment against and a lien upon <br /> the parcel of property and shall be added by the <br /> Treasurer-Tax Collector to the next regular tax bill for <br /> each parcel as stated on the written report received <br /> from the City of Pleasanton Fire Department. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 5, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mercer, Mohr and Mayor Brandes, <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers Wood and Butler <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ...... ~RI~OHR, V~E[MAYOR <br /> <br /> esq.
