CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-373 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION MODIFYING LOW INCOME EXEMPTION FROM THE <br /> GROWTH MANAGEMENT PROGRAM IN CONNECTION WITH PUD-85-17, <br /> PROMETHEUS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY MULTI-FAMILY COMPLEX <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 19,1985, Council adopted <br /> Resolution No. 85-560 granting low income housing <br /> exemption from the Growth Management Program for a 412 <br /> unit residential project located on the north side of <br /> Andrews Drive between West Las Positas Boulevard and Old <br /> Santa Rita Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 5, 1986, a major modification was granted <br /> regarding PUD-85-17 which requires amendment of <br /> Resolution 85-560; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The low income exemption from the Growth Management <br /> Program for PUD-85-17, Prometheus Development Company, <br /> is amended as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Only fifteen percent (15%) of specified North <br /> Pleasanton projects be offered at a lower income <br /> rate as opposed to 25%; <br /> <br /> 2. that below market rents be offered for only ten <br /> (10) years instead of 15 years in specified North <br /> Pleasanton projects; <br /> <br /> 3. that the Tri-Valley median income ratio be used for <br /> specified North Pleasanton projects; and <br /> <br /> 4. that staff bring back criteria for Council to <br /> determine which North Pleasanton projects will be <br /> eligible, said criteria to require participation in <br /> the North Pleasanton Assessment Districts and to <br /> include the Prometheus project. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
