PLANNIN. COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 326 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Pleasanton First Baptist Church, 4100 <br />First Street, for a Conditional Use Permit under Section 8.306, <br />Ordinance No. 309, in order to develop church facilities at the above <br />address in an RG -15 District; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the application for a Conditional Use Permit be granted <br />with the following conditions: <br />1. Church cooperate in Del Valle Interceptor Sewer <br />construction by providing right -of -way. <br />2.
