PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 333 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Frank Auf der Maur, P.O. Box 548, Santa Rita <br />Road, for a Conditional Use Permit to erect a temporary warehouse <br />in connection with an existing non - conforming use at the address,. in an A <br />District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, TRERE?ORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named Conditional Use Permit is hereby approved <br />for a period of time not to exceed two years, and said building <br />must meet all City Ordinance and Code requirements. <br />Dated: August 26, 1964 <br />Ph ip Landon, Chairman <br />
