PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 334 <br />10 /RE S, the application of Robert F. Goodbary, 4056 Nevis Street, for a <br />Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural and Landscape Approval <br />in ovaer to op ^rate a veterinary clinic in an existing dwelling at 273 Spring <br />Street, in a C-C District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, TOEr E; OR.E, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named Zoning Permit is hereby granted with the <br />following conditions: <br />1. All existing trees and as much other landscaping as possible <br />shall be preserved. <br />2. Parking areas shall be properly graded to drain and shall <br />.. all be made to take <br />the b' paved to City s�.anc:,arc,s.
