CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-372 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION IN <br /> CONNECTION WITH PUD-85-17, APPLICATION OF PROMETHEUS <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO AN <br /> APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO ALLOW FOR THE DEVELOPMENT <br /> OF A 456 UNIT MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, TO BE <br /> LOCATED ON AN APPROXIMATELY 16.3 ACRE SITE IN THE AREA <br /> BOUNDED BY ANDREWS DRIVE, OWENS DRIVE, OLD SANTA RITA <br /> ROAD, AND TASSAJARA CREEK. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 5, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for Prometheus <br /> Development Company; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated June 16, 1986 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed plan to allow for <br /> development of a 456 unit multi-family residential <br /> complex; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development <br /> plan would not have any significant adverse effects on <br /> the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Prometheus <br /> Development Company for a major modification to an <br /> approved development plan to allow for the development <br /> of a 456 unit multi-family residential complex, to be <br /> located on an approximately 16.3 acre site in the area <br /> bounded by Andrews Drive, Owens Drive, Old Santa Rita <br /> Road, and Tassajara Creek. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
