CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 86-372 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION IN CONNECTION WITH PUD-85-17, APPLICATION OF PROMETHEUS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO ALLOW FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A 456 UNIT MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, TO BE LOCATED ON AN APPROXIMATELY 16.3 ACRE SITE IN THE AREA BOUNDED BY ANDREWS DRIVE, OWENS DRIVE, OLD SANTA RITA ROAD, AND TASSAJARA CREEK. WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 5, 1986, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for Prometheus Development Company; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated June 16, 1986 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed plan to allow for development of a 456 unit multi-family residential complex; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Prometheus Development Company for a major modification to an approved development plan to allow for the development of a 456 unit multi-family residential complex, to be located on an approximately 16.3 acre site in the area bounded by Andrews Drive, Owens Drive, Old Santa Rita Road, and Tassajara Creek. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
