PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 344 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Duke T. Bonde, Sr., 524 Neal St., for a <br />Variance from Section 8.500, Ord. No. 309, in order to con- <br />struct a carport within the required rear -yard setback, in connection <br />with an existing duplex at 4420 Pleasanton Avenue, in an RG -15 District, <br />has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named Variance is hereby granted subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The architecture of said carport must substantially <br />conform to the architecture of the existing duplex. <br />2.
