PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 346 <br />6 <br />WHEREAS, the application of J. Jack Bras, 4377 First St., for a Variance <br />from Section 13.500, Ord. No. 309, in order to reduce the front <br />yard setback in connection with an expansion of an existing business located <br />at 235 Main St., in a C-G District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named Variance is hereby granted subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. Full sidewalk with planter pockets shall be constructed <br />to City standards between the property line and the curb <br />along the frontage of the new canopy. <br />2. One of the existing driveways shall be eliminated and <br />the remaining two driveways alorg the frontage of the <br />new canopy shall be rebuilt to City standards. <br />3 All existing curb and gutter along the frontoge of the <br />new canopy shall be reconstructed to City standards. <br />4 New asphalt paving shall be constructed to City standards <br />and properly drained either to the street or to an <br />approved sump on the rear of the property. <br />Dated: October 14, 1964 <br />if lc <br />James M.
