PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 348 <br />WHEREAS, the application of George Marment, 403 Oak Lane, Pleasanton, <br />for a Conditional Use Permit under Section 11.306, Ord. No. <br />309, in order to add two units to an existing multiple dwelling located <br />at 187 and 195 Bernal Avenue, in a C -C District, has come before this <br />Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above -named application for a <br />Conditional Use Permit is hereby denied based upon the fact <br />that the subject proposal is not in conformance with the General Plan. <br />Dated: October 14, 1964 <br />ATT,ST : <br />James M.
