PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLT TION NO. 351 <br />WHEREAS, the application of William Marsh, Castlewood Country Club, for <br />a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural and Landscape <br />Approval, in order to construct an eight -unit multirle dwelling on a <br />one -ncre parcel 420+ ft. east of First St., and north of Vineyard Avenue, <br />in an RG -15 District, iae come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above - named Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural <br />and Landscape Approval is hereby approved :subject to the following_ <br />conditions: <br />1. A grading and drainage plan shall be submitted for <br />approval of the City Engineer prior to issuance of <br />a building permit. <br />2.
