CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 86-371 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION IN CONNECTION WITH PUD-84-12-1M, APPLICATION OF FALCON DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF LOTS, INCREASE THE MINIMUM LOT SIZE, AND ADD A NEIGHBORHOOD PARK IN THE 21 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT THE EASTERN TERMINUS OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 5, 1986, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for Falcon Development Company; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 16, 1986 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed plan to reduce the number of lots, increase the minimum size, and add a neighborhood park; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Falcon Development Company for a major modification. to an approved development plan to reduce the number of lots, increase the minimum lot size, and add a neighborhood park in the 21 acre site located at the eastern terminus of West Las Positas Boulevard. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
