PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO, 360 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Pleasanton Investors, 582 Market Street, <br />San Francisco, for a Zoning Permit with Planned Unit Development <br />Approval for the area of Tract No. 2639, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named Zoning Permit with Planned Unit Development <br />approval is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The total number of dwelling units allowed with said Planned <br />Unit Development is 1,218. <br />2. If, at some time in the future, the City Council determines <br />that the regional shopping center, proposed for a 68 -acre <br />site zoned C -C and indicated as such on the approved Planned <br />Unit Development map, is not to become a reality, then the <br />Planning Commission, after written ninety -day notice of intent <br />to the applicant, will initiate proceedings to rezone the sub <br />ject 68 -acre parcel from the C -C (Community Commercial) Dist- <br />rict to the A (Agricultural) District. <br />Dated: November 12, 1964 <br />ATTEST: <br />James M. a es, Jr., ecretary <br />Phili R.
