PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 366 <br />RESOLVED: <br />The City Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City <br />Council: <br />1. Annexation No. 35, Pleasanton - Sunol Annex "D ", should be <br />consummated by the City Council. <br />2. Upon annexation, that area within Annexation No. 35 and <br />located easterly of Sunol Blvd., consisting of 20± acres, <br />should be zoned R-1 (Single - Family Residential) District, <br />with the stipulation that the maximum allowable population <br />density within the area will be 3.0 families per acre, and <br />that the minimum lot size within the area will be 8,000 <br />square feet. <br />3. Upon annexation, that area within Annexation No. 35 and <br />located westerly of Sunol Blvd., consisting of 105± acres, <br />should be zoned I -P (Industrial Park) District. <br />4. Upon annexation, that area within Annexation No. 35 and <br />located easterly of Sunol Blvd., consisting oa cemetery <br />with 10+ acres, should be zoned A (Agricultural) <br />Dated: December 9, 1964 <br />ATTEST: <br />Phi1i R.
