PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 369 <br />WHEREAS, the application of D & V Builders, Inc., 6000 Telegraph Ave., <br />Oakland, for a one -year extension of a Conditional Use Permit <br />in order to allow the location of two office trailers on the north side <br />of Black Ave. east of Hopyard Road, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. A one -year extens ca for. Conditional Use Permit No. 1.1264 -10 <br />issued on May 27, 1964, is hereby granted. <br />2.
