PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 376 <br />WHEREAS, the application of W.M. Lyles Co., General Delivery, Pleasanton, <br />for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural and Landscape <br />Approval, in order to place a temporary portable office structure on a <br />parcel of property located north of the intersection of St. John Sheet. <br />and Pleasanton Ave., in a C -G District, has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, TEEREPORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named Zoning Permit is hereby granted subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. Said permit is issued for a period not to exceed six <br />months from the date of issuance. <br />cmo <br />2.
