PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 382 <br />WR!REAS, the application of Standard Oil Co. of California, 320 Market <br />Street, Room 718, San Francisco, for a Zoning Permit with Site <br />Plan, Architectural and Landscape Approval in order to revise and expand <br />an existing automobile service station located at the southeast corner <br />of Main and Ray Streets, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />4 <br />RESOLVED, that the above - mentioned application be approved subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. Applicant shall make.neceasary arrangements with property <br />owner to acquire for the City, without cost to the City, <br />the property required for a 10 foot radius property line' <br />corner at Main and Ray Streets. <br />2. That existing concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter that <br />is determined to be sub- standard be replaced with new <br />sidewalk, curb and gutter constructed to City standards. <br />3. The paved areas shall be constructed at least to the <br />City's minimum standards for parking areas. <br />4. A detailed landscaping plan be submitted to and approved <br />by the City Engineer prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />5. A detailed site drainage plan be submitted to and approved <br />by the City Engineer prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />Dated: February 10, 1965 <br />ATST : <br />James M.
