CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION N0. 201 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mr. L.A. Hilliker, 4377 First Street, Pleasanton, <br />for a Variance of eight feet from the requirements of Section <br />13.500, Ordinance No. 309 (rear yard requirements), in order to construct <br />an office building at 4377 First Street, in a C-G (General Commercial) <br />District, has cone before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
