CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 202 <br />WHEREAS, application has been made under Article 17.700 et seq., Ord. <br />No. 309, by Mr. Lauren Rice, 41759 Gifford, Fremont, for a <br />Zoning Permit with Site Plan and Architectural Approval, in order to <br />allow the installation of three signs in connection with the remodeling <br />and new use of the Southern Pacific Depot, 30 West Neal Street, in a <br />C -G (General Commercial) District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby <br />grant said Zoning Permit. <br />Dated: February 21, 1963 <br />ATTEST: <br />games M.
