CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 203 <br />WHEREAS, application made under Article 19, Ordinance No. 309, by <br />MacKay & Somps, Civil Engineers, Inc., 126 Spring Street, <br />for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan and Architectural Approval, in <br />order to construct the first phase of a proposed office building <br />complex on the south side of Spring Street immediately west of the <br />Southern Pacific right -of -way, in a C -G District, has come before this <br />Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby <br />approve said application for Zoning Permit with Site Plan and <br />Architectural Approval, with the following conditions attached thereto: <br />1. Sidewalk, curb, gutter and driveways be installed to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />2. On -site drainage facilities be installed to the satis- <br />faction of the City Engineer. <br />3.
