CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 207 <br />WHEREAS, the application of March Engineering Co., Inc. and Mrs. L. Glaser, <br />11 Lewelling Blvd., Hayward, for a Variance from Section 17.200 <br />et seq., Ord. No. 309 (offestreet parking requirements) in order to con- <br />struct an addition to an existing building at 443 Main Street, in a C -C <br />District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Variance is hereby granted subject to the following <br />condition: <br />a.
