PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO 221 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mr. R.B. Pahlmeyer, 1215 Financial Center <br />Building, Oakland, and nineteen other persons, for an amendment <br />to Ordinance No. 309 rezoning the property fronting on the east side of <br />First Street from Abbie Street to Vineyard Avenue from R -2 (One and Two <br />Family Residential) to C-T (Commercial Thoroughfare) has come before this <br />Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named application for rezoning is denied pending <br />completion of the General Plan, Central Business District and <br />Civic Center studies. <br />i.• <br />Dated: June 12, 1963 <br />ATTEST: <br />fit At <br />ames M.
