PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 226 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mrs. Caroline Henningsen, 1056 Division <br />Street, for a Variance from Section 6.5 and Section 16.602, <br />Ord. No. 309, in order to create a lot with a reduced area and rear yard, <br />and a reduced sideyard for an accessory building, at the above address <br />in an R -1 District, has come before this Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, this Commission finds that: <br />1. Notice has been given as required by Section 19.600, Ord. <br />No. 309; and <br />2. The conditions specified in Section 19.1000, Ord.
