PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 227 <br />WHEREAS, the application of R.M. Curl, 25132 Mission Blvd., Hayward, for <br />an amendment to Ordinance No. 309 in order to rezone the area <br />bounded by , ht-of -way, Avenue, 1 Division 15, has come me before this Commission; <br />Pacific right -of -way, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this Commission does find that: <br />1. Notice has been given as required by Section 22.104 of <br />Ordinal s lb. 309; <br />2. The pragoaed amendment conforms with the Pleasanton General <br />Plan; sod <br />3.
