PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 229, <br />WHEREAS, the application of W.A. Eaton and A.B. Johnson, 1780 "A" Street, <br />Hayward, for an amendment to Ord. No. 309 rezoning a parcel of <br />approximately one acre, located on the northeast corner of Santa Rita <br />Road and Nevis Street, from R ►1 to RG ►15 has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named application for rezoning be denied primarily <br />due to the fact that it is foreign to a policy of the City with <br />regard to spot zoning, and because it is not compatible with the surrounding <br />area. <br />Dated: July 10, 1963 <br />ATTEST: <br />i <br />mes M.
