PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 230 <br />WHEREAS, the application of C. Beratlis, 550 Main Street, for a Variance <br />from Section 8.5, Ord. No. 309, in order to allow construction <br />of multiple dwelling units with a reduced front -yard setback, on a vacant <br />lot located between 4779 and 4857 Harrison Street, in an RG -15 District, <br />has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
