PLANNING COMMISSION <br />PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 234 <br />WHEREAS, the application of A.V. and W.S. Bottini, 4224 Stanley Boulevard, <br />for a Conditional Use Permit, under Section 16.200(2), Ord. No. 309, <br />in order to construct an addition to an existing non- conforming single - family <br />residence, located at the above address, in a C -T District, has come before <br />this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted subject to the fol- <br />lowing conditions: <br />a. The owner shall be required to tie into the sewer line in <br />Stanley Boulevard when it is constructed under mutual benefit <br />district agreement. <br />b. A three -year time limit shall be established for installation <br />of sidewalks, curb and gutters; or immediately upon change of <br />land use. <br />c. The addition shall comply with all applicable codes and <br />ordinances of the City of Pleasanton to the satisfaction of <br />the City Engineer.. <br />Dated: July 24, 1963 <br />ATTES,: <br />es M.
