PLANNING COMMISSION <br />PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 235 <br />WHEREASr the Planning Commission on its own motion has considered the <br />zoning of Annex No. 27, Valley View Annex "8 ", proposing an <br />amendment to Ordinance No. 309, providing precise zoning districts for <br />said annexation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered annexation as a Planned <br />Unit Development pursuant to Section 19.806 of said Ordinance <br />No. 309; <br />NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City <br />Council amendment to Ordinance No. 309, assigning precise <br />zoning districts to said Annexation No. 27 under the planned <br />unit development provisions of said Ordinance. <br />2. Said districts shall be those set forth in Department of <br />Public Works map entitled Zoning Unit Number 17, dated <br />July 16, 1963, a copy of which is attached hereto. <br />Dated: July 24, 1963 <br />ATTE <br />Janes M.
