• <br />PLANNING COMPIISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 236 <br />WHEREAS, Mrs. Caroline Henningsen, 1056 Division Street, has submitted an <br />application for Minor Subdivision No. 63 -1, and said application <br />having been duly considered by the Subdivision Committee and the Planning <br />Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The map entitled "Survey for Mrs. Caroline Henningsen" <br />dated May 24, 1963, and the recommendation of Subdivision <br />Committee meeting dated July 17, 1963, are hereby approved <br />subject to conditions below: <br />2. The applicant shall perform work as follows: <br />a. Construct sidewalk on Fair Street within two years of <br />date of approval of Minor Subdivision. <br />3. Secretary of the Planning Commission be designated to <br />certify the above - mentioned map, and a certified copy of <br />this Resolution be sent to the applicant, to comply with <br />Section 5.04 of Ordinance No. 358 (Subdivision Ordinance). <br />4.
