PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION 170 238 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Ted Ruhlkin, 20928 Redwood Road, Castro Valley, <br />for a Variance from Section 17.404, Ord. No. 309, to allow a re- <br />duced sideyard area, increased unit density, reduced recreational space and <br />reduced setbacks, in connection with expansion of an existing trailer park <br />at 777, 779, 785 Rose Avenue, has come before this Commission; <br />TNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLL0IS: <br />1. A maximum of twenty -two trailer spaces may be constructed <br />on the total area, which includes a reduction of sideyard <br />area from 7 to 3 feet, reduced setbacks, and reduced rec- <br />reational space as requested. <br />Dated: August 28, 1963 <br />ATTEST: <br />1 <br />es M.
