PLANNING COMMISSION <br />PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 239 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission on July 10, 1963, did <br />hold a public hearing and consider the application of A.R. Johnson <br />and W,A. Eaton, 1780 "A" Street, Hayward, for an Amendment to Ordinance To. <br />309 rezoning a parcel of approximately one acre located on the northeast; <br />corner of Santa Rita Road and Nevis Street from R -1 to RG -15; end <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by Resolution No. 229, dated July 10, 1963, <br />recommended to the Pleasanton City Council that the application <br />for rezoning be denied, leaving the property zoned R -1; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council on August 12, 1963, did, pursuant to Section <br />22.110 of Ordinance No. 309 (the Zoning Ordinance) propose to <br />adopt an amendment to said Zoning Ordinance in different form than that <br />recommended by the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on August 28, 1963, did at a regular meeting <br />reconsider its recommendation on said application; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Planning Commission does hereby reaffirm its report and <br />recommendation and Resolution dated July 10, 1963, concerning <br />the above described application of A.R. Johnson and W.A. Eaton <br />for rezoning. <br />2.
