PLANNING COMMISSION <br />PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 249 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mr. Dan Cannistraci, 3460 Village Drive, <br />Castro Valley, for a Variance from Section 16.602, Ord. No. <br />309, in order to locate an accessory building within five feet of the <br />property line, in connection with construction of a 15 -unit multiple <br />dwelling, located at 755 Rose Avenue, in an RG -15 District, has come <br />before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Variance is hereby granted subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />a. The accessory building must be free - standing, and must <br />in no way be attached to or supported by the rear or <br />side lot fences. <br />b.
