PLANNING COMMISSION <br />PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 251 <br />RESOLVED: <br />The Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract No. 2560 having come <br />before this Commission, as provided by Ordinance No. 358, is <br />hereby approved, with the following conditions: <br />1. The development shall conform to all applicable ordinances <br />and regulations of the City of Pleasanton and all other <br />agencies having jurisdiction. <br />2. Approval of Variance application No. 63-12, pertaining <br />to the subject property. <br />3. Issuance of a Zoning Permit for the "common area ". <br />4.
