PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION N0. 252 <br />RESOLVED: <br />The Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract No. 2547 having come <br />before this Commission as provided by Ordinance No. 358, is <br />hereby approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Street structural sections shall be as specified for <br />the subject tract in the report from Gribaldo, Jacobs, <br />Jones and Associates, dated October 9, 1963. <br />2. Fire hydrants shall be supplied and located as shown <br />on annotated Tentative Map. All hydrants shown shall <br />be Greenberg #74. <br />3. The City Engineer shall be authorized to modify the <br />existing City Standard Specifications and Details in <br />applying them to the subject subdivision in order to <br />allow for modern materials, methods and design criteria <br />as may be required. Some specific requirements are as <br />follows: <br />a. Specifications for street name signs shall be <br />modified to require white reflectorized letters <br />and block numbers on green coated aluminum sheeting. <br />b. Specifications for sewer and water pipe shall be <br />modified to allow newer type joints. <br />c. Reference shall be made to the 1960 Standard <br />Specifications of the State Division of Highways, <br />rather than the 1954 edition, particularly with <br />reference to roadway materials. <br />4. A grading plan shall be submitted for approval on each <br />final map. <br />5. Curved sewer lines shall have a minimum radius of 200 <br />feet. <br />6. Electric power distribution and street lighting systems <br />shall be "modified" or "streamlined" as designated by <br />P.G. & E. Street lighting shall meet the Illuminating <br />Engineer's Society Specifications. <br />7. Unless specifically modified at the time of approval <br />of the Tentative Map, the development shall conform <br />to all applicable ordinances and regulations of the <br />City of Pleasanton and all other agencies having juris- <br />diction. <br />8.
